Full price is $1,800 for birth + 12 weeks postpartum. We offer 30% sliding-scale slots and help you bill MN Medicaid where applicable.

What's the difference between a doula and a midwife?
A midwife provides medical care (clinical exams, deliveries, postpartum medical follow-up). A doula provides continuous physical, emotional, and informational support — but does not perform medical procedures. We complement, not replace, your medical team.
Will my OB or midwife be okay with this?
Yes — we have working relationships with every major Twin Cities OB practice and all four hospital systems. Most of them refer to us.
What if I have a C-section?
We're trained for surgical births. Your doula stays in the OR if the hospital allows (most Twin Cities hospitals do), and continues postpartum support afterward.
Does Medicaid cover this?
Minnesota Medical Assistance reimburses certified doula care up to $1,411 per pregnancy. We handle the billing for you.
